Submission Guideline

1. Abstract Submission for Oral/Poster Presentations.
For those who are only interested in giving an Oral Presentation without full paper publications, please submit your abstract(s) only via the paper submission system, and select your presentation type “Oral / Poster / Listener” at the submission system
Abstracts should be submitted in .DOC format according to the template below:

*Please note that the abstracts submitted for attendance will not be published in any journals. The Conference Abstract Proceedings is for communication purpose only.
*Acceptance or rejection will be notified within two weeks via cmse@cmseconf.org

2. Full Paper for Conference Proceedings
Authors are invited to submit technical papers on their research relevant to the conference theme. Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings in the Springer book series: Springer Proceedings in Materials. This book series is indexed in SCOPUS and EI Compendex database.

Proceeding template
Authors are required to prepare and format their papers using this template (Microsoft Word Template)
Normally we expect the paper is 10-12 pages. If the paper exceeds 12 pages, the extra page charges will be required from the 13th page.

Paper Acceptance
The acceptance notification and the registration instructions will be sent to authors once papers are accepted via e-mail cmse@cmseconf.org

Licence to Publish Agreement
Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer Nature Licence to Publish agreement. Modified versions of the agreement are not acceptable. The corresponding author (designed as such in the paper’s header) must sign the agreement on behalf of all co-authors and obtain their permission. By signing, the corresponding author accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of all co-authors.

The corresponding author must check the paper prior to publication. Please note that once a manuscript has been submitted to Springer, no changes to authorship can be made, including authors’ names, the order of authors, deletion or addition of authors, etc.

3. Selected full paper for SCI Indexed Journal.
No typesetting is required before your initial submission. After your paper is accepted based on peer review, a propriate journal will be recommended to you attached with the template required by the journal accordingly.

  • Both Full Paper and abstracts must be submitted through the Online Submission System.
  • The publication fee in SCI journals is NOT included in the regular registration fee, kindly consult cmse@cmseconf.org for more details.
