Q1. How can I attend CMSE 2025?
A1: You could attend CMSE 2025 in the following forms:
◆ Join us as a Presenter (submit an abstract or a full paper via the paper submission system. After acceptance, the relevant registration guidelines will be sent to you, providing the details for the registration process.
◆ Join us as a listener (without paper or abstract submission), you could write an e-mail to us via cmse@cmseconf.org and confirm about your participation information. After receiving the information, the related registration instructions will be sent to you, guiding you for the registration process.

Q2. What is the requirement for the paper format?
A2: Abstract could be formatted according to the abstract template. As for full papers for the conference proceedings, the template can be downloaded in the homepage download area.

Q3. Can I register for only one part of the conference session?
A3: Unfortunately no, registration for full conference is required if you want to attend the conference.

Q4. What is the refund policy for conference registration cancellations?
A4: Requests for refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email and are subject to the cancellation policy in registration section.

Q5: What if I'd like to bring a guest?
A5: Surely, a guest is warmly welcome to participate in CMSE 2025. For details, please refer to the Registration Section.

Q6: I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?
A6: Please complete your conference registration and payment. After that, please consult via cmse@cmseconf.org to get the invitation letter. Please note that the invitation letter will be sent upon request only when you register successfully. As visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation 2 months prior to the conference date.
