- Payment should be made in USD or CNY. Should you need to pay in another currency, please confirm with us before making payment. Any bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.
- The standard registration can cover the publication of one accepted full-length paper (within 7 pages) in the conference proceedings. Extra pages will be charged (from the 8th page) at 50 USD per page based on the final typeset version according to the conference proceeding template of JPCS.
- Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact cmse@cmseconf.org for details).
- The registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee or paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.
3. Payment Methods

Bank Transfers
Please contact cmse@cmseconf.org for banking details. Bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.
4. Transfer and Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to a substitute delegate, then the following refund arrangements apply:All refund requests must be made in writing via email to the conference secretary at: cmse@cmseconf.org
- Before August 15, 2025, a refund will be issued with a deduction of a 5% handling fee.
- From August 16 to September 16, 2025: 50% of payment Refund.
- After September 16: No refund.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of delays or force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as fires, earthquakes, or storms), strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or interventions, acts, restraints, or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any government. Additionally, no refunds will be provided if the visa application is denied.
The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be borne by the participants.
