  • Payment should be made in USD. Should you need to pay by another currency, please confirm with us before making payment. Any bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.
  • Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid student ID or certificate from a related department should be provided.
  • The standard registration can cover the publication of one accepted full-length paper (within 7 pages) in the conference proceedings. Extra pages will be charged (from the 8th page) at 50 USD per page based on the final typeset version according to the conference proceeding template of JPCS.
  • Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact / for details).
  • The registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee or paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

4. Transfer and Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to a substitute delegate, then the following refund arrangements apply:

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to the conference secretary at: /

  • Before and on September 12, 2024: Full Refund.
  • From September 12 to October 12, 2024: 50% of payment Refund.
  • After October 12, 2024: No refund.
  • Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquakes or storms, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.

The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be borne by the participants.
